The quote being very reasonable was clear and concise. The work started at the end of July and no additional work had commenced without the price agreed, therefore there were no hidden surprises to the final billing. Dariusz and his team were honest and trustworthy ensuring that my property was safe and secure whilst I worked away during the week. The team went the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction by doing rework if necessary and offered constructive advice and recommendations. The team started work early and worked late in the evenings; working weekends and Bank Holidays if needed and always cleared up after themselves ensuring that the property remained habitable. Dariusz and his team built an extension to the rear of my property which is now my new dining area, installed my new kitchen in existing dining area and converted the old kitchen into a utility room and downstairs toilet. They also converted my existing bathroom into a shower room complete with tiling. The work was of a high standard that I asked them to replaster and decorate my hall and stairway, which included putting a new stair rail and glass panels. I was so impressed that I also asked them to re-plaster and decorate the living room. They also laid wooden flooring throughout the ground floor and installed decking to the new extension together with pebble dashing to be the same as the existing. By having all the skill sets available to undertake the building, carpentry, plumbing and electrical works, all this was completed a week ago in just less than four months. I am extremely pleased with the complete remodelling of my house that I am most definitely going to ask Dariusz back next year to re-plaster and decorate all the bedrooms upstairs.

From the word go, Dariusz was a true professional. Unlike other builders, he provided all the paperwork detailing each part of the job which made for a smooth journey for both parties. He completed our job to a high level of perfectionism and I don't use that word lightly. His attention to detail was absolutely fantastic and this made for a very stress free experience on my part. I was not able to be present every day but i was able to relax knowing that a great job was being done and that any problems that came along would be handled. Dariusz has recently completed a project for us, entailing the complete refurbishment of a ground floor flat in Clapham, SW4. The structural work involved the demolition of an internal load-bearing wall and the insertion of a steel support beam, the removal of a large chimney breast and the fixing of bracket supports for the flue above and the widening of the door opening in the rear external wall to take patio doors. Other work involved the construction of stud partitions to form a new bathroom, the fitting of all the kitchen and bathroom units, the provision of a new heating and hot water system and complete re-wiring of the property. Some of the floors and ceilings had to be re-levelled and/or replaced and insulated. The property was re-decorated throughout. Externally, a new terrace was laid in natural sandstone paving. All of this work was carried out by Dariusz and his team with thoroughness, professionalism and attention to detail. We are delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Dariusz, whom we found to be honest, helpful and understanding, for similar work.
We have used this firm for a variety of projects in recent months, and are highly satisfied customers who would recommend Dariusz and his team without hesitation. They have boarded our loft, repaired our central heating (which had defeated other firms), and undertaken painting and decorating, both interior and exterior. The builder had to cope with on site tenants, a distant Landlord and terrible delivery problems from the bathroom suppliers. They did their work carefully and with consideration for the tenants on site; completing their work on time and on the agreed budget with the addition of requested extras. (The diary time details for the job recorded on this site do NOT indicate the difficulties faced by the builder and are NOT accurate for the completion dates.) The builder was very helpful and made useful suggestions to improve the plans made. He was easy to deal with and seemed to appreciate us having clear plans and making stage payments to the agreed time schedule. The tenants did not have any problem with the builder on site and there have been no problems since the installation. As the Landlord, I found this builder to be a reliable trade person who completed the job well and on budget. The builder was good to deal with and I would put them to the top of my list for any future work.

The two projects, painting 3'“ floor offices and porch area. were of very high quality. on time and within the estimates you provided. The sites were left very clean and all waste materials removed. I have used Dariusz and his team for years to decorate the interior of my English Language School. To keep my business running, the work had to be carried out during nights. Every morning all re-decorated classrooms were left neat and tidy, ready to receive students. The high quality of work was spotted immediately by teachers, students and myself. Well done ! Recently Dariusz and his roof team replaced old leaking roof of the machinery cabin building with new plywood and torch-applied felts. Work was very difficult, over 20 m (5th floor) above the ground, and needed safety barriers. The whole project was well organised, executed professionally and safe, secured with scaffolding. The site was left cleared of all rubbish. I have been delighted with everything that Dariusz has done for me in my School, and I will continue to consider him for any future building and decorating needs and I would certainly recommend his excellent services to anyone.

Dariusz and his employees have done work for me over the last three months. Exterior and interior painting and decorating, guttering and roof repairs, plastering and tiling and installing a new shower cubicle. All of which was competitively priced and the work was carried out to a very high standard by workers who are non smokers.
